By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using TeamFeeder, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use TeamFeeder for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind or administer that organization within the scope of your assigned role.
1. The TeamFeeder service
Team Feeder ("TeamFeeder," "we," "us," or "our") provides software for sports communities, including parks, schools, leagues, independent teams, coaches, players, guardians, staff, and volunteers. Features may include organization and role administration, registration, eligibility, zoning, rosters, invitations, waitlists, schedules, calendars, messaging, documents, payments, equipment, volunteers, tournaments, game scoring, statistics, analytics, media, livestreaming, and AI-assisted video review.
Some features may be labeled beta, preview, draft, experimental, or AI-assisted. They may change, contain errors, or be unavailable from time to time.
2. Eligibility and youth accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. A person under 18 may use TeamFeeder only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required. A child under 13 may not create or control an independent account; a parent, legal guardian, or properly authorized organization must create or manage the account and provide any legally required consent.
Guardians are responsible for confirming their relationship to linked players and for supervising a minor's account, media, messages, registration, and participation choices. Organizations are responsible for obtaining permissions required for information they upload or manage on behalf of youth participants.
3. Accounts and verification
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
- Maintain only one account per person unless TeamFeeder expressly authorizes another arrangement.
- Protect passwords, verification codes, and devices; promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Use only roles, organizations, teams, and permissions you are authorized to access.
- Do not impersonate another person. Authorized Site Administrator impersonation must be used only for legitimate support or administration and remains subject to audit.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized use. We may require email, phone, identity, affiliation, or organization-domain verification before enabling certain access.
4. Organizations, teams, and role-based authority
Parks, schools, leagues, and teams control access to their own workspaces. Administrators may appoint users, assign roles, configure seasons, publish registration, manage records, and remove access within their authority. Coaches and staff may act only within their assigned teams, sports, seasons, and permissions. Site Administrators may manage platform records and access for support, safety, compliance, and platform operation.
Organizations remain responsible for their sports programs, eligibility rules, rosters, coaches, background checks, medical and emergency procedures, required forms, payments, refunds, facilities, insurance, safety, and compliance with governing bodies. TeamFeeder provides management tools but does not operate or supervise those programs unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, groom, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- Collect, disclose, or misuse a child's information without appropriate authority and consent.
- Bypass access controls, probe security, scrape restricted data, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use automated means that create unreasonable load.
- Use TeamFeeder for gambling, prohibited recruiting inducements, unlawful surveillance, spam, or unsolicited commercial messaging.
- Misrepresent identity, qualifications, results, affiliations, eligibility, payment status, certifications, or authority.
- Use analytics, profile views, video, scoring, or AI results to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
We may investigate reported misuse and preserve or disclose information as permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6. User content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TeamFeeder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and the visibility choices you select. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for lawful retention, backups, audit records, and content shared or incorporated into records another authorized user must retain.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including rosters, contact information, photographs, videos, livestreams, music, logos, documents, and information about minors. Recording or livestreaming must comply with facility rules, league rules, consent requirements, privacy laws, and intellectual-property rights.
7. AI-assisted analysis
AI features may organize media, detect segments, identify possible plays or at-bats, estimate statistics, generate summaries, or offer coaching observations. Results are probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI output must be reviewed by a qualified coach, scorekeeper, administrator, guardian, medical professional, or other responsible person before it is treated as accurate or used for a consequential decision.
TeamFeeder does not guarantee pitch speed, bat speed, player identification, injury assessment, scouting conclusions, officiating, scoring, eligibility, or safety recommendations. AI output is not medical, legal, academic, recruiting, or professional advice. Human corrections, instructions, and verified scoring records should take precedence over unreviewed AI output.
8. Messages and electronic communications
Phone confirmation uses a one-time transactional security code, separate from optional recurring notifications. By choosing “Text my code” or “Send a new code” during registration or account confirmation, you request that security text at the number provided. Standard message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact support@teamfeeder.net; reply STOP to stop texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact support if you cannot receive a confirmation code.
TeamFeeder offers optional recurring SMS messages for account, registration, invitation, roster, schedule, document, payment, and team-operation updates. You opt in only by checking the separate SMS consent checkbox on the public registration form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to create an account or make a purchase.
Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See the public SMS Messaging & Consent page for the exact opt-in workflow, disclosure, and representative messages. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. You can opt in again through an available TeamFeeder consent control.
Users are responsible for message content they send. TeamFeeder messaging is not an emergency service. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority when immediate assistance is needed.
9. Fees, payments, discounts, and refunds
Some TeamFeeder features, organization licenses, registrations, equipment, events, or services may require payment. Before checkout, TeamFeeder displays the program or session price, any taxes or discounts, and a separate TeamFeeder service fee that includes payment processing and platform services. TeamFeeder processes these marketplace purchases as merchant of record, while the park, school, league, team, trainer, or other provider remains responsible for the underlying program or service, including its pricing, scheduling, fulfillment, eligibility rules, and cancellation policy.
When a qualifying purchase is canceled within the displayed 48-hour grace period, TeamFeeder returns the eligible program or session amount and the TeamFeeder service fee to the original payment method. The service fee is also returned when the provider cancels. After the grace period, the provider's displayed refund policy applies and the service fee may be retained. Refund timing, payment disputes, exceptions required by law, and processor availability may affect when funds appear. A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel roster, equipment-return, document, or organization obligations.
Self-service organization setup has no setup fee. Migration or assisted setup is charged only when an authorized organization representative requests the work and approves a written quote. If approved, the organization may choose an invoice or authorize deductions from its future registration proceeds. Exact checkout and quote terms control if they differ from this general summary.
10. Third-party services and public information
TeamFeeder may link to or use third-party services for identity, payments, communications, maps, public research, news, storage, media, analytics, and AI. Third parties control their own services and policies. Links do not mean TeamFeeder endorses every item or guarantees its accuracy, availability, or safety.
Public-research features may collect proposed school, athletics, coach, team, schedule, opponent, event, address, logo, and social-media information for authorized review. Administrators are responsible for approving and correcting staged information before relying on it.
11. Sports, medical, and safety disclaimer
Participation in sports involves risk of injury, illness, property loss, and other harm. TeamFeeder is an administrative technology service and does not provide coaching supervision, medical care, emergency response, background screening, insurance, facility inspection, transportation, officiating, or participant safety. Always follow qualified professionals, governing-body rules, weather guidance, emergency plans, and facility requirements.
Emergency contacts, medical notes, document status, CPR indicators, and equipment records are informational tools and may not be complete or current. They do not replace direct confirmation or professional judgment.
12. Service availability and changes
We work to keep TeamFeeder available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, device limitations, security events, or other circumstances may affect service. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably appropriate.
Organizations and users should maintain appropriate independent copies of critical schedules, emergency information, legal documents, payment records, scores, and other records required for operations or law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TeamFeeder at any time and may request account closure. Organization administrators may remove organization-specific access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, prevent harm, or enforce these terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Sections that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, dispute terms, and lawful retention—survive account closure.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamFeeder and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that user, organization, public-source, scoring, zoning, schedule, statistic, message-delivery, video, or AI information is complete or accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamFeeder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, participation opportunities, or business interruption arising from the service. TeamFeeder's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to TeamFeeder by the claimant for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you and TeamFeeder agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the issue informally by written notice. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, claims will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Fulton County, Georgia, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an available small-claims court.
17. General terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and TeamFeeder regarding the service unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed or removed without affecting the remainder. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our permission; we may transfer them as part of a business reorganization. Headings are for convenience only.
18. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as TeamFeeder evolves. We will post updated terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to any consent required by law.
19. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to legal@teamfeeder.net. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@teamfeeder.net.
